Job Responsibility:

We are seeking an organised and detailed administrator to support in the accurate and timely compilation of all reports related to Non-Destructive Testing (NDT). The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks, maintain records and prioritise workloads to meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile all reports to match the applicable NDT log. Ensure graphs adhere to our stamp procedure.
  • Create detailed reports for clients based on technicians' technical information. Highlight any missing graphs from the NDT log immediately.
  • Work closely with management to prioritize tasks, especially when clients are requesting reports.
  • Maintain a production time frame of issuing reports within 48 hours of job completion.
  • Documentation Preparation: Prepare supporting documentation, including Radiography Graphs, PWHT, and Hydro Charts, ensuring they are ready for client collection.
  • Data Tracking: Track and ensure all data is captured for all aspects of reporting within the reporting tracker and the NDT tracker.
  • Report Uploads: Upload inspection reports to SharePoint, ensuring they are saved in the correct location.
  • Log Amendments: Log report amendments from internal issues through to client issues.
  • Administrative Support: Complete other administrative tasks as allocated by Sonomatic or the client to ensure the smooth running of the contract.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the NDT industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using SharePoint and other documentation management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
