Job Responsibility:
Working Supervisor
Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Working Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operations at job sites, getting involved with on site activities ensuring the project are completed efficiently and according to specifications. As a Working Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing and supervising the work of construction crews.
Duties:- Manage and supervise construction crews to ensure tasks are completed on time.- Coordinate with project managers to plan and prioritize work schedules.- Inspect job sites regularly to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.- Train new employees on proper construction techniques and safety procedures.- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.- Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and labor hours.
Experience:- Proven experience in managing and supervising construction projects.- Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment.- Excellent leadership and communication skills.- Ability to read technical drawings.- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
Skills:- Ability to manage construction crews effectively.- Strong supervisory skills to oversee daily operations.- Experience in supervising construction projects.
