The role and team

We are looking for an experienced Manager to be part of our Client Listening team.

Client feedback is a key priority for PwC, and we are looking at how we best work with the business to provide them with the client insights they need and how we embed new, best-practice technology solutions to improve the experience of our clients, both internal and external.

This role is focused on driving adoption of client feedback across Line of Service (LoS), Growth accelerators and other targeted populations of strategic importance to the business. You will conduct priority client feedback interviews with clients and also work with the Senior Managers in the Client Insight team to produce actionable insights based on the feedback for the business.

The function

The client listening team is part of PwC's Sales and Marketing team, a centralised support function which covers all aspects of professional services marketing, sales support and business development. Sales and Marketing strategic leader's prime area of focus is to support the development and implementation of the firm's market strategy and in particular to ensure;

In this role the successful candidate will

  • Conduct priority engagement client feedback telephone interviews and report to engagement leaders and account teams to ensure action is taken in response to feedback.

  • Be responsible for driving engagement feedback coverage.

  • Work with the Client Listening team to embed the client feedback tools and methodologies to make feedback business as usual and to support the Board strategy.

  • Take a holistic view of feedback in order to provide expert advice to the business on the appropriate approach for gathering client feedback, and be accountable for ensuring that quality and brand standards are always upheld.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to meet volume targets and effectively communicate messages to the practice to have a positive impact upon KPIs.

  • Work in partnership with the client listening team and the wider Sales and Marketing function to promote client feedback, share insight and ensure a collaborative approach.

  • Educate Partner and Director communities about the benefits of gathering client feedback and the strengths and weaknesses arising from feedback in their area of the business, confidently articulating and debating opportunities for change.

  • Work with the Client Listening Senior Managers to help develop regular reporting insights, ensuring data accuracy and sensitivity in communication channels. Keep messages commercial and relevant, and proactively seek new ways to innovate and create opportunities for the firm.

Requirements

  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.

  • Excellent influencing and strong communication skills.

  • Proactive with a positive ‘can do' approach.

  • Self-starter able to work effectively as part of a ‘virtual team'.

  • Experience of working with data and comfortable with reporting tools such as excel.

  • A sound business understanding as well as being commercial and risk aware.
