Job Description:
Our sales team helps our customers to understand how Elucidat can make a difference to their business. In this role, you will work towards hitting your target every month, working with high quality Marketing qualified leads - including some of the biggest brands in the world.
The role will require you to work closely with multiple teams including Marketing, Account Management, Customer Success and Learning Consultancy.

Requirements
- Following up inbound new business leads, trials, demos and pricing requests in an effective and timely manner
- Outbound prospecting to supplement your pipeline, around 30% self generated
- Achieve agreed KPIs and targets
- Manage your pipeline and deliver effective customised product walkthroughs
- Manage your opportunities to ensure you are maximising the potential from all leads
- Talk confidently about Elucidat to potential clients
- Follow Elucidat's sales methodology and internal processes
- Engage in cross-department projects
- Lead contact negotiations with support from sales leadership and legal
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate…
- 2 years+ track record of being highly successful in B2B software sales
- Experienced in new business selling to large corporate clients with complex buying cycles
- Experience of contract negotiation and commercial negotiation
- You value communication and personalised outreach and have a strong ability to build relationships with senior people
- You are excited about the prospect of joining a successful business and will want to help to shape our continued growth by contributing ideas and being an advocate of continuous improvement
- You pride yourself on being one of the hardest-working people you know

Compensation:
£50,000 base + £50,000 OTE
Job Type: Full-time
