Job Responsibility:
We are seeking a highly organised and dynamic individual to join our team as an Account Manager and Staffing Coordinator. This dual-role position involves managing school accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention while also coordinating staffing needs to maintain optimal workforce levels. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, problem-solving, and multitasking, ensuring seamless integration between school needs and staffing solutions.
To work 40 hours a week Monday-Friday.
Salary between £25k-£28k per annum to include 28 days paid holiday entitlement, inclusive of bank holidays.

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- School Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with schools, serving as the main point of contact for account management matters.
- Needs Assessment: Understand school needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions and services.
- School Retention: Monitor school satisfaction and proactively address any issues to ensure high levels of school retention and satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, activities, and metrics to share with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, and compliance with terms and conditions.
Staffing Coordination:
- Staff Scheduling: Develop and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
- Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new staff members.
- Staff Allocation: Allocate staff based on skill sets, availability, and school needs, ensuring the best match for each position.
- Training Coordination: Coordinate training and development programs to ensure staff are well-prepared to meet school and Ofsted expectations.
- Compliance: Ensure all staffing practices comply with legal requirements and company policies.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in account management, staffing coordination, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with schools and staff at all levels.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling and school reporting.
- Technology: Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office Suite.
