Job Overview:Burton Constable Holiday Park, nestled in the serene East Yorkshire countryside, is seeking a dedicated Front of House server and Kitchen Assistant to join our Catering Team at the Parkland Kitchen. As part of our family-run 5-Star luxury holiday park, you will contribute to providing comfort food to our valued customers on Friday and Saturday evenings in our dedicated catering trailer Additionally, there may be opportunities to support operations at the Lakeside Bar, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and serving area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.- serving customers, ensuring prompt and friendly service.- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations to uphold the highest levels of hygiene.- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless experience for guests on site- Uphold the company's commitment to wildlife conservation and environmental sustainability.

Experience:- Prior experience in a culinary or hospitality setting is preferred.- Familiarity with using a epos system and cash handling- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.- Experience in a catering setting is advantageous.- Demonstrated ability in guest services and upselling techniques.

Join us on a temporary basis from July to November with shifts available on Fridays and Saturdays initially. The pay rate is National Living Wage, with potential loyalty bonuses. Opportunities for increased hours during peak seasons are available.
