Senior Online Business Trading Manager | HIGH WYCOMBE

We're looking for a fabulous Senior Online Business Trading Manager to join our Online Business team and play a key role in leading our multi-platform commercial strategy.

You'll maximise the opportunity for online growth to reach challenging revenue targets. This role also leads initiatives to seek new opportunities and partnerships, expanding the reach of The Perfume Shop.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Identify new opportunities for revenue growth and profit enhancement by using data and insight to support recommendations and influence buy in from the wider business to secure activity.
• Build strategic partnerships with our key suppliers, working with them to develop clear plans to grow online performance. Develop new propositions to unlock additional investment opportunities to secure additional revenue.
• Work closely with buying, merchandising and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on targets, key new product launches and that stock is managed and optimal for performance and fulfilment capability meets expected demand. Use performance data to identify stock and ranging opportunities.
• Build forecasts for expected annual performance across all KPIs on a quarterly basis. Forecast the impact of promotional activity on expected performance, communicating this within the business to influence commercial decision making.
• Monitor performance vs. forecast and budgets, demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of the performance drivers on the site by providing commentary and insight on key metrics. Spot trends in performance indicators to identify opportunities to enhance performance.
• Build a high performing team environment within the Online Business Trading team by coaching, supporting and developing the team effectively with development plans, resulting in business and development objectives being achieved.
