Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Bakery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bakery. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, driven, and have a passion for producing high-quality bakery products. The Bakery Manager will be responsible for managing the bakery team, maintaining inventory and supplies, ensuring health and safety standards are met, and ensuring that all goals are met.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the bakery, including production, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
• Oversee the bakery team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure that we continue to produce the highest level of quality product.
• Ensure that all health and safety standards are met, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
• Maintain inventory and supplies, ordering products as needed to ensure that we always have the necessary ingredients and materials on hand.
• Ensure that all bakery equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
• Work with the bakery team to develop new products and recipes, and continually improve our existing offerings.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of satisfaction.
• Be hands-on in managing production and staff.
• Continuously monitor and improve key performance indicators, such as sales, production efficiency, and product quality.
• Participate in budget planning and management, ensuring that we are operating within our financial goals.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in baking or catering Management.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• A passion for baking and a drive to continually improve and innovate.
• Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic, with a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure the success of the bakery.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
