MANAHATTA EDINBURGH are recruiting our very first Front of House Manager!

Manahatta is a glamorous cocktail bar that brings the exciting, unmistakable beat of New York to the UK. Manahatta always has energy and vibrancy and just like the city that never sleeps, it is always full of life.

At ARC we consist of 3 brands; Banyan, Manahatta and BOX. We currently operate 20 locations across the UK and we are very excited to open our 21st venue in Nottingham! With plans to open more venues in , we aren’t slowing down anytime soon!

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a hard-working hospitality professional who can lead an amazing floor team in this BRAND NEW glamorous, New York inspired cocktail bar. Previous people management and hospitality experience is essential. The Front of House Manager is the face of the business and is highly influential in ensuring every guest and team member has a fantastic experience through exquisite organisation and guest focus.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a Front of House team that focuses on the needs of the guest and strives to deliver and exceed that expectation.
• Achieve and maintain a guest focus environment, ensuring the guest journey is always adhered to.
• Remain customer focused and deal with complaints with empathy and according to company protocol.
• Welcome and coach new starters, to help them integrate into the team faster and understand their role sooner.
• Attend all relevant training sessions and meetings to ensure you understand all aspects of your work. To ensure your knowledge of products and practices are of the highest standard.
• Coach others, particularly newer members of the team to ensure standards are maintained, and they can deliver key tasks.
• Run relevant training sessions with your team to proactively or retroactively improve standards, processes, skills or sales
• To ensure correct staffing levels are in place in accordance with the level of business, to maximise food and drink sales and to achieve wage budgets.
