Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our care home. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality care to residents and ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement individual care plans for residents in line with their needs and preferences

- Supervise and lead a team of care staff, providing guidance and support as needed

- Ensure the delivery of excellent dementia care and support to residents

- Oversee the management of the home, including budgeting, staffing, and regulatory compliance

- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive senior care services

- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents in care home settings

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in managing a care home or similar senior care facility

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Knowledge of best practices in dementia care

- Excellent organisational and communication skills

- A background in nursing or home care is essential

- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
