Job Overview:Kiddies Kottage Nursery School is seeking a dedicated Nursery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our nursery school catering to children aged 3 months to five years. The ideal candidate will lead a team of childcare professionals, ensuring a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners.

Duties:- Manage and supervise nursery staff, providing guidance and support in line with the company's ethos.- Implement curriculum and activities that promote early childhood education and development.- Oversee the safety and well-being of all children in the nursery, maintaining high standards of care.- Collaborate with parents to support each child's individual learning journey and growth.- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe, clean, and organized nursery environment.- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere where children feel valued, supported, and encouraged to explore and learn.

Experience:- Previous experience in childcare management or leadership role.- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices.- Ability to drive initiatives that enhance the quality of care and education provided.- Proficiency in English language both written and verbal.
