Job Responsibility:
Our Program Manager, EPMO is responsible for the implementing transformative strategies and managing enterprise-wide portfolios, programs, and projects. Our mission leverages data to drive better outcomes for our community's health and safety, this role enables our company to scale while continuing to grow data-related opportunities.
In this role you will be part of our Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) team, reporting to the Transformation Director, based in our Austin office. This role is based in Belfast, NI.
What You'll Be Doing - The Day to Day:
- Exemplify ESO Values and lead by example.
- Manage program/project scope, resources, risks, issues, budget, and timelines for projects.
- Drive transformative change through the company.
- Manage programs and projects simultaneously.
- Implement program/project management best practices.
- Effectively interact with all levels of the organisation.
- Facilitate issues and resolve conflict as appropriate.

Requirements:
- 7+ years' experience in managing transformative projects.
- You are a self-starter who identifies, negotiates, and solves problems.
- Understanding of project management best practices.
- Possess passion, energy, and enthusiasm to drive results, highly action oriented.
- Working knowledge of full project lifecycle/SDLC.
- Proven ability with problem-solving, process governance, and project completion.
- Experience with stakeholder, budget, and risk management.
- Ability to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence with distributed teams.
Nice to haves:
- Experience in working across all areas of business within a modern Agile Software company.
- Change management skills, i.e., comfortable with ambiguity and constant change, yet able to execute on commitments.
- Experience working with executive level leadership within an organisation.
