We are looking for a Support Manager, based within our Fleet department, who would like to help us reach our mission which is ‘To earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service'.

As the Support Manageryour key responsibilities are

  • Oversee a team of up to 5, providing coaching and mentorship to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations
  • Support the team to meet its objectives, SLAs and required standards of customer service
  • Work with the team and the management teams and the wider business to help drive a culture where safety is a priority for all
  • Work in partnership with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and areas of improvement to support the departments performance
  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of systems, ensuring accurate data and reporting, and using effective change management
  • Partner with senior management to understand and deliver performance insights and key analytics solutions

About you

  • Proven experience of managing and developing a team
  • Passionate about coaching and driving team performance
  • Experience of driving cultural change within a business and engaging with stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a competent communicator and assertive influencer, with the ability to achieve desired outcomes
  • Ability to be analytical with the necessary focus on delivering business objectives in a timely manner, working in partnership with the business
  • Ability to be an ambassador for change positively promoting the benefits of business analysis and process change.
