Job Responsibility:

The Role

As an Analyst within the People Data & Insights team you will be passionate about data analysis and storytelling and translating those into insights and recommendations to improve business outcomes. You will play a critical role in understanding organizational trends, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting evidence-based talent initiatives, strategies, and plans.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Partner with Talent Management and Regional and Functional P&C business partners to understand their needs and translate them into actionable insights
  • Lead on global talent data collection and partner with other in the People Data & Insights team to develop and maintain regular talent reports and dashboards
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to answer specific talent-related questions and provide actionable recommendations
  • Translate analytical findings into clear and concise insights that can be easily understood by stakeholders and into narrative to inform the creation of Executive level and Board presentations and reports
  • Support the Global Head of Talent on running the Global Talent Review and creating required system training materials / presentations

Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience in similar corporate analyst roles providing insights and recommendations based on analysis
  • Experience manipulating and combining various data sources and complex data analysis
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders of differing levels across the business
  • Demonstrable successful experience working in cross functional, global teams and matrix companies
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
