Apprenticeship Systems Administrator - The Role: Are you passionate about technology and education? We're seeking an Apprenticeship Systems Administrator to play a crucial role in delivering Apprenticeships at Wiltshire College & University Centre.
Apprenticeship Systems Administrator - Key Responsibilities:- Primary contact for the OneFile E-Portfolio system. Support planning and delivery of training sessions.
- Build stakeholder confidence in using OneFile and online systems. Run monthly reports for the Performance & Quality Manager.
- Maintain automated systems and update internal SharePoint pages.
- Support organisation of Assessor training days.
- Ensure compliant digital information with the MIS Apprenticeship Team. Maintain secure electronic records and trackers.
- Work with Onboarding team to support digital enrolment processes.
- Maintain an up-to-date list of apprenticeship provision. Update marketing team and keep Apprenticeship Managers informed.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to complete the Digital Support Technician Apprenticeship Standard. You'll gain valuable, nationally recognised digital qualifications and skills, aligning with our digital transformation goals.
Apprenticeship Systems Administrator - You: We're looking for someone who is:
