Description and requirements
We are looking for a Preconstruction Coordinator to join our Building team, to manage the Operational and Skanska tender approvals governance process.

What you'll do:
- Lead in the development of STAP documents that are clear, concise and well-structured. Manage all contributors for the documents and appendices, including input of operational, bidding teams and preconstruction teams.
- Coordinate with UKRT and manage the document upload and download / distribution process.
- Manage the OU governance approvals process for MD, EVP and BUP reviews, attending where necessary to maintain accurate records of actions from these meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of STAP processes on Salesforce, including governance dates and tender and delivery team allocations etc.
- Maintain regular liaison with the operations directors.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suites including O365, with strong typography and document formatting skills required
- Proficiency in Power BI will be beneficial
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM
- Minimum GCSE English Language Grade A (or equivalent). Good written English, with strong attention to detail (e.g. spelling, grammar and punctuation) and aptitude for document editing and proof reading
- Good communication skills as the role interacts with all levels of the BU.
- Degree-level education in a relevant discipline, such as teaching, marketing, business, or construction related discipline will be beneficial.
