Job Responsibility:
TEK-Serv is a white goods repair service centre for Highlands, Moray and Grampian. Our office is based just outside Inverness near Dalcross.
Roles and responsibilities
- Scheduling engineers' diaries
- Contacting customers to keep them up to date with engineers' progress and booking in appointments via telephone, email and WhatsApp
- Processing deliveries
- Raising quotations, invoicing and taking payments
- General administrative duties
Essential Skills:
- Capable of working on multiple portals/systems simultaneously
- Capable of working on multiple monitors
- Excellent customer service
- Good team player
- Good sense of humour
Holidays: 28 days per year (Including bank holidays)
Own transport is essential as we are not on a bus route.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,795.20 per year
