Job Responsibility:

As an Outpatient Clinic Administrator you will receive training and guidance in order to provide support to the Outpatient department at Musgrove Park Hospital. The post holder is required to cover reception duties in Outpatient settings providing support to the clinical teams who see patients in that area. Tasks may include checking in of patients, collecting and updating patient demographics, assisting with patients checking in on automated systems, answering patient queries, preparing patient notes for clinic, scanning and verifying clinic correspondence, and booking of follow up appointments. There will also be the requirement to cover in our back office area, to help with the booking of appointments.
