The client is looking for a sales apprentice to join their team. They would like someone who is well presented, who can build a lasting relationship with suppliers and contribute to the team by doing business in a way that's good for you, the customer and embrace. The candidate must have a keen interest and desire to work in a sales-based position.

Key duties will include:

· Responding to calls and emails in a prompt and friendly manner.

· Following up on leads.

· Using the correct questions from the sales script to identify each client's needs.

· Providing quick and accurate responses to questions and requests from clients.

· Automatically updating and helping clients through the proposal stage.

· Locating the most suitable vehicle and closing valuable deals.

· Sending follow up emails in a friendly and creative way.

· Providing expert resolutions to complaints, complications and cancellations to make sure the customer leaves happy.

· Upselling and cross-selling on products and services to promote the business.

· Calling the dealerships and requesting status updates on orders to establish when the vehicles are being delivered.

· Order processing.

· Keeping customers up to date.

· Organising finance documents for customers.

· Using Excel and Google Sheets.

The correct person will:

· Build a relationship with suppliers and partners.

· Always communicate in a positive and professional way.

· Be aware of special offers from other suppliers to keep us ahead.

· Maximise commission and supply opportunities.

· Complete tasks to deadlines to the best of your ability.

· Communicate effectively within the team to promote sales and a dynamic atmosphere.

· Proficient using Microsoft systems, especially Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: £14,000.00-£15,000.00 per year
