Job Description: As an Apprentice Parts/Warranty Administrator, you will receive hands-on experience and training in managing parts inventory and handling warranty claims. This role is perfect for someone looking to start a career in the agricultural sector within a supportive, family-oriented team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Parts Management:
• Assisting with ordering, receiving, and managing parts inventory.
• Learning to maintain accurate records of stock levels and ensuring timely reordering.
• Supporting customers and service technicians with parts inquiries and orders.
• Warranty Administration:
• Learning to process warranty claims accurately and promptly.
• Assisting with communication with manufacturers and suppliers, including Kubota, Nugent, and CF Moto, regarding warranty issues.
• Keeping detailed records of all warranty claims and resolutions.
• Customer Service:
• Providing exceptional customer service and learning to handle customer inquiries and issues related to parts and warranty.

Requirements:

• Education:
• GCSEs or equivalent, with good grades in English and Mathematics.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Computer skills and a willingness to learn inventory management and warranty processing systems.
• Attributes:
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
