Who we are

A digital agency that works with B2B organisations, charities and health and fitness brands. We believe that real change isn't brought about by committee or those with the deepest pockets, but rather those who care so deeply about their vision that they'll do whatever it takes to make it a reality. That's why we work with people who care. Market disrupters, start-ups, charities and yes, the occasional big brand, but on one condition - they believe in the work they're doing and the change they're trying to make.

The same goes for our recruitment. We're less interested in your cv and more interested in why you're pursuing this path in life and how far you're willing to push yourself to make it a success.

Our values:

- Personal development - in addition to the internal training provided, we expect each member of the team to invest their own time in developing their knowledge and skills. We also encourage people to better themselves in areas outside of work, and will support them where possible in doing so.

- Communication - whether it's with clients or colleagues, we believe that communication is the solution to all problems. We never hide behind our computers or avoid difficult conversations, and always favour telephone or face to face over email.

- Ownership - we recognise that true ownership means taking responsibility for everything in your world. We never pass the buck nor make excuses. We just find a way to get things done.

- Results - we recognise that clients are not paying us for tasks but for results, which is why we measure absolutely everything we do in pounds and pence.

- Leadership - we don't believe that leadership has anything to do with job title and everything to do with state of mind. We expect every member of the team to lead their area, initiate new ideas and take responsibility for the outcomes.

- Kindness and humility - we believe in the importance of having awareness of one's own shortcomings and recognising the contribution made by others. We are kind to one another and always treat people with respect. In short, dickheads need not apply.
