Aim of the Central Events Office Manager role

• Be responsible for overseeing and having an understanding for all events at all properties
• To work closely with the Events team on property to ensure the smooth running of events
• To minimise any external cost and to maintain expenses within agreed budget lines
• To provide accurate reports on weekly activity undertaken and activity for the future
• To assist production of monthly review on sales results
• Responsible for the team on a daily basis
• Work with the Commercial Director to maximise revenue in all areas of the business

Central Events Office Manager - About you

• Experience managing in a busy high end events department
• Confident ability in managing financials of a business
• You will have a keen eye for detail, organisational skills and confident in communicating with the team
• Have excellent understanding of Opera and Salesforce
