The Role: As the People & Culture Graduate, you will embark on a comprehensive 2-year program designed to equip you with the essential skills and experience needed for a successful career in human resources. You will be responsible for all general HR administration, providing hands-on customer service, and supporting the wider People & Culture (P&C) team. This role requires a proactive and positive individual who thrives on juggling multiple tasks and is comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. You will use your initiative, take ownership, and know when to seek direction. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact and develop your career. Hours: Full time for a 2-year program (Monday-Friday 9-5) What You'll Do:
  • Administration and Coordination: Manage new-hire checks and onboarding processes, creating a great employee experience.
  • Employee Support: Assist employees throughout their career with HR-related inquiries, including annual leave, flexible working applications, maternity and paternity leave, and changes to employment status such as hours, job role, and location.
  • Learning Management: Administer training records in the Learning Management System (Workday).
  • HR Projects: Support HR project coordination and tasks as directed by the senior P&C Team.
What You'll Have: Experience and skills:
  • Administrative experience within an HR department is preferred.
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Experience using Workday is an advantage.
  • Experience with payroll processes is an advantage.
Qualifications and Knowledge:
  • Batchelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of general HR practices.
  • Working towards or a desire to work towards CIPD qualification.
Other requirements for this role:
  • Travel to GenesisCare Centres may be required on an occasional basis
