Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator Reporting to: Facilities Manager Location: Repsol House, Aberdeen Pay: £17.34 Per Hour Hours: FT About the Role: Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for maintaining top-notch facilities? We're looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Repsol House! As the Maintenance Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our facility runs smoothly and safely. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and Manage: Oversee the Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedule, including all Health and Safety checks, particularly Fire Safety.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physically and digitally on Teams, for audit and inspection purposes.
• Liaison with Service Providers: Coordinate with external service providers to ensure maintenance work is conducted safely, promptly, and in line with Health and Safety Regulations.
• Daily Inspections: Ensure daily inspections of Plant and Equipment are completed.
• Supervision: Oversee Maintenance Assistants, ensuring their duties are performed in compliance with Health and Safety Guidelines.
• Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct maintenance, repairs, and handle requests from Office Services.
• Team Participation: Engage in Office Services Team Meetings, HSE Meetings, and provide necessary instruction and training.
• Communication: Liaise effectively with the Facilities Manager, Facilities Coordinator, and Security to support business operations.
• On-Call Duties: Be prepared to attend out-of-hours call-outs when necessary.
