MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we've come a long way since. Today we're a 400 + strong team (we're thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes - from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair. Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you'll find us in Boston, MA, as well as East Providence, RI and Denver, CO. We're making new and exciting things - and we could really do with your help. The M&O team is in need of a commercially focussed Optimisation & Merchandising Assistant to join us to support with exciting projects we're working on in 2024! The M&O team are in a lucky position that they get to work with most teams & functions in the business, from launching a new product, highlighting an awareness campaign or promotion, to analysing data to improve the customer journeys. We need someone that is interested in ecommerce, who is curious about data, and has a passion for amazing customer experiences online. You'll be comfortable working independently or as part of a team - previous experience is great however we're also interested in hearing from you if you're a recent graduate or just looking to get into the field. So, what will you actually be doing? It'll be your job to make sure that the MOO websites live up to customers' expectations. You'll be responsible for working with digital & product marketing teams to review the performance of the site, and implementing & building out product, service or campaign journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Build and deliver key landing pages, campaigns, and product launches working closely with creative, copy, translations, & various stakeholders across the business
  • Ensure consistency of messaging and branding across the site
  • Support in the delivery of the revenue plan, lead generation & conversion target
  • Prioritise and implement changes to improve product journeys & region performance
  • Support the senior team in defining and delivering optimisation initiatives
  • Work with the senior team members to identify useful analytics to share from a product, regional & device perspective
  • Collaborate and build relationships with other functions to deliver the changes to the site

About You

  • The person we appoint to this role will be enthusiastic, proactive and keen to work as part of a team
  • Eagerness to work in a ‘test & learn' culture
  • Team player who can keep communication lines open
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment, but comfortable working independently
  • Comfortable working at a fast pace
  • Having a keen eye for detail is a must
