Here at XPO Logistics, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Night Transport Administratorto join our existing team in Bradford for our Princes contract, on a full time, permanent basis, working 10pm to 6am shift pattern.

The role will involve a wide range of transport operational responsibilities and will be required to complete administrative tasks.

Pay, benefits and more:

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £30,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday as well as the option to buy additional days. You'll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.

What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Recording details of vehicle accidents and ensuring these are escalated to line management
  • All associated transport related administrative tasks
  • To build and maintain a strong partnership with the transport functions and drivers to ensure regular communication is delivered.

What you need to succeed at XPO:

  • Being proactive in identifying and resolving any potential issues before they occur.
  • Proven experience within an administration capacity
  • Demonstrate a “can do” attitude with the drive to promote a positive culture to achieve the best out of your team
  • IT literacy and numerical understanding essential
