  • 50% - Executive PA support to senior executive of Sales and Trading
  • 50% - Business Management, supporting the wider sales and trading business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative tasks.

  • Provide support to senior executive from MUSHD
  • Manage and coordinate calendars and review emails (often in Japanese)
  • Arrange conference calls and video conferences (room bookings).
  • Submission of expenses and management in line with company policies.
  • To provide cover and support for other Front Office Administrators where possible and needed.
  • Organizing client entertainment events, conferences, team offsite meetings
  • Point of contact for the team and hosting visitors from overseas MUFG entities.
  • Assist in arranging business trips and associated meetings in affiliate offices.

Business management tasks.

  • Assist in the preparation of presentations working in conjunction with business heads
  • Delivering key projects and the execution of strategy within sales and trading.
  • Data analysis and modelling for revenues / cost and other relevant MI
