Job Responsibility:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Community Nursing Team working within the newly formed training branch of the team. We are seeking 3 enthusiastic and proactive individuals to deliver training of clinical skills within a range of settings overseen by registered nurses. Predominantly the post holder will work Monday-Friday, with occasional requirements to work outside of these working hours to meet the service users training needs. The post holder will work within a small training team within the Children's Community Nursing Team overseen by registered nurses. As well as training there will be some requirements to support the wider Children's Community Nursing Team. The successful candidate will be required to deliver a variety of clinical skills training to a range of service users and partnership agencies across a variety of settings with a large proportion being delivered across education provisions. Enabling the child/YP to access everyday environments. We're an NHS community and mental health provider Trust based in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. We deliver community and hospital-based care to improve people's physical and mental health. We also provide specialist support to people with dementia or a learning disability. Over 4,000 people make up the Trust. This includes doctors, nurses, therapists, plus admin and support staff. We work in people's homes, in community clinics and bases.
