Job Responsibility:
We are currently seeking a skilled Power Press Operator to join our Client's team in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining presses to produce high-quality components.
Duties:- Operate and monitor press machinery to produce parts according to specifications- Perform tooling changes and adjustments as needed- Inspect finished products for quality assurance- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area- Assist in materials handling, fabrication, and assembly processes
Experience:- Experience operating hydraulic presses.- Familiarity with tooling setup and adjustments- Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations- Previous experience in materials handling, fabrication, is beneficial
In return, a very competitive salary & monthly bonus structure is offered. A working week of Tuesday to Friday NO WORK ON MONDAYS! and any overtime is paid at overtime rate.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,000.00-£25,500.00 per year
