Job Responsibility:
Vault Compliance & Sustainability Manager
Salary:£39,367.00 per annum with an annual performance bonus and vehicle allowance or company car plus Veolia benefits and pension
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Location: 210 Pentonville Rd, London N1 9JY

What you'll be doing;
- Create KPIs to measure the operational, financial and sustainable performance of the Vault led operations
- Create reports and lead improvement plans to deliver more sustainable, secure and profitable operations.
- In collaboration with the R&A and Security department, create new security-related policies and best practices.
- Own Vault operations standards documentation (such as VMR and Starting kits), regularly revise and optimise it, and work with support functions to improve these standards and ensure they are met.
- Regularly audit third parties to ensure their compliance to our security standards.
- Support on project coordination for organic growth projects and potentially external growth.
- Coordinate projects on system improvement to improve monitoring of operations and financial performance.
- Take notes, share and track actions from key meetings
- Review and improve processes, researching new methods, systems/ ways of creating efficiencies within current processes, working with the line manager to gain buy-in and implement changes.

- Great interpersonal skills for challenging the status quo of processes tactfully, influencing and engaging individuals in the process of change
- Attention to details
- Good IT skills - Google packages
- Project management skills - for organisation & planning work concurrently
- Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present confidently
