We currently have an opening for a Tax Fee Protection Administrator to join our team.
The RoleTax Fee Protection Administrator - Aberdeen You will play a crucial role in providing administrative tasks for the Tax Investigation Team in helping to provide our clients with peace of mind during what can be an extremely stressful time, thus enabling us to defend our clients in the best possible manner. This position demands meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing the scheme, from the renewal process to fielding enquiries and dealing with client. Developing best practice to allow us to integration other parts of the business as and when required. This role is full time and based in our Aberdeen office.
Purpose of the role/key responsibilities:- Data cleanse and manage the renewal process in accordance with the scheme's renewal date. This will involve collating data from various stakeholders around the group.
- Ensure all detail is recorded accurately in our data management systems.
- Deal with the administration of the claims process using the Vantage Portal and update or follow up when required.
- Be the first point of contact for Vantage, ensuring that claims and queries are being progressed.
- Be the first point of contact for clients querying their policies or claims.
- Support the Tax Investigation Team with the status of ongoing claims and completing any administrative tasks in line with required timescales.
- Raise fees as and when required.
- Co-ordinate with the Onboarding Team, the issuance of Tax Fee Protection quotes to all new clients as part of the onboarding process.
- Assist in the development of an efficient and streamlined process to manage the scheme continuously, allowing other parts of the business to be integrated smoothly.
- Ad hoc tasks that arise as a result of the scheme being integrated through other AAB entities.
- Assist in the marketing of the scheme to clients.
Key Skills and Attributes:- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders and clients.
- Strong organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in the use of data and document management systems and knowledge of Microsoft packages.
Role Requirements:- An understanding of tax fee protection schemes is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience in dealing with complex information gathering and administration, preferably within a professional services environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
