The 3 Must Haves for this role: NMC Current PIN Full Driving Licence and vehicle for business use. A Team player with good nursing care knowledge/skills and excellent communication skills. As a Community Triage Nurse, no day is the same and you will be communicating with patients of varied needs, from wound care to end of life care. Please note you must currently be in the UK with access to a car for work purposes to be eligible for this role. This role will suit a qualified nurse coming to the end of their career or have injury where they can no longer provide nursing care but would be able to utilise your nursing care knowledge when triaging calls.
