Admissions and Car Parks Team Leader Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY
Hours: Full time fully flexible, any 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays according to our operational calendar
Contract Type: Permanent, Hourly Paid At LEGOLAND Windsor Resort our 2024 season is in full swing, and we are looking for an Admissions and Car Parks Team Leader to join the team! The Admissions and Car Parks Team are the very first people our guests will meet when they arrive at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, and you will lead that team to deliver exceptional guest interactions from the first greeting in the morning, to farewell pleasantries at the end of the day. You will work alongside the wider Admissions management team to drive consistently high standards across your team, whether that's directing guests in the car parks, scanning tickets at the turnstiles, selling tickets or annual passes at the ticket windows - you'll motivate and empower the team to make each guest interaction memorable and impactful. The Admissions and Car Parks Team Leader will oversee the daily running of the front-line team, acting as a role model for our company values, delivering engaging staff briefings, reporting accurate attendance figures, tracking variable labour budgets and ensuring the efficient running of the department.
Please note - internally this role is known as Admissions & Car Parks Coordinator Qualification & Experience:
- Experience working in a guest services or customer service function with face-to-face guest interactions is essential
- The ideal candidate will have previous experience with deescalating guest complaints, ensuring that compensation (where necessary) is aligned with company budgets and policies
- You will be a confident and competent communicator, with a passion for exceptional guest service and a proactive approach to guest feedback
- We would love it if you have previously managed a small team before, or undertaken a Team Leader or Duty Manager function
- Experience working within a theme park is advantageous

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort We are looking for an Admissions and Car Parks Team Leader to join our AWESOME team at the UK's favourite children's theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to two awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
