Job Responsibility:

As Associate Director of Capital Estates and PFI you will be responsible for all capital and handback elements of the Trusts PFI premises portfolio, infrastructure and patient support functions, ensuring that they are managed effectively, safely and within budget. You will be the Senior Responsible Person for all professional aspects of the Trusts Estate, Capital Design, Development and Project Management under your control. This will include full professional responsibility and accountability for design, safety, quality, technical suitability, and statutory compliance in accordance with all relevant government directives. This will include providing assurance to the Board on all aspects of statutory compliance in relation to the properties within your remit. You will support the wholly owned subsidiary, Synchronicity Care Limited (SCL), with the development of the Trusts Estates Strategy including the evolution of robust site enhancement plans making the most effective use of space across the Trust. You will carry out the duties as the nominated Trust Representative for the PFI Contracts. This will have a core focus on the delivery of quality Hard FM services. You will provide specialist and professional advice to the Board and Executive Team is relation to assurance and governance resulting from activities associated with the Trusts premises, infrastructure, PFI contracts and Capital planning.
