Role: Domiciliary Optical Assistant

Salary: Salary is £24,276.39 plus company car or £200 per month car allowance

Working hours: Full Time (40 hours) Monday to Friday

Experience level: You MUST have previous optics experience and hold a valid driving license.

In this position you will be out and about in the community, driving across the regions noted above. Your main responsibility will be to provide support to the Optometrist when visiting patients in their own homes.

This will include setting up testing equipment, carrying out handovers with the optometrist and being able to provide a personalised dispensing service to each patient you meet. Customer care is high on our agenda, so you must love optics and love dealing with the more vulnerable customers.
