Job Responsibility:
Horsforth, Leeds LS18 4NP
Expected salary £27K per annum
Monday to Friday 9-5.00pm.
At LetsLiveLeeds we move around 400 tenants per year & are looking for a superstar team player to help orchestrate this process.
Working full time in our Horsforth offices the successful candidate will assist the whole lettings team and be an integral part of office operations.

Responsibilities
- Register deposits & Saving Deposit registration codes on our software and in tenant file
- Sending TDS deposit certificates and prescribed information to tenants and saving email to tenant file.
- TDS payments once a week on a Friday.
- Deposit return for all properties. Check over all checkout reports, review maintenance work that is required and raise this with on fixflo.
- Arrange any property cleans via Olivia. Contact landlord where necessary
- Answering calls, second person in line.
- Gathering historic AST's and deposit information/certificates when landlord requests for this
- Tenancy Agreements- Creating these and sending to tenants. Send to landlords with a completed copy of the inventory. Send together after the inventory has completed. Also drawing up tenancy renewal agreements when asked by the Lettings Manager.
- Right to rent renewal, adding renewal to right to rent tracker. Checking these and sending email chases as relevant
- Adding new tenants on Fixflo
- Booking inspections and tracker- keeping on top of them (annually for HMO's)
- Removing old tenants on Fixflo at end of notice
- Covering Office Administrator when she is on annual leave
- Completing referencing for departing tenants who are applying with other agencies.

21 days holiday plus bank holidays, accruing an additional 1 day of holiday per year of service (capped at 26 days plus bank holidays). Staff Pension Scheme. Plus birthday off as an extra holiday
