Job Responsibility:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Co-ordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will focus on re-engaging lost clients, expanding our network within the passive fire and facility management sectors, and driving sales for our damper PPM services. Key responsibilities include:

• Reconnect with former clients to win back work across all divisions, especially in the event of a new FM company or change of ownership.
• Reach out to passive fire and facility management companies to introduce our services and explore potential support opportunities for damper PPM.
• Follow up with individuals who have downloaded our damper guide or fire compartmentation/stopping materials and attended our webinars. Initial contact will be by phone, followed by an introductory email if necessary, outlining quotation requirements and providing contact information.
• Maintain strong relationships with approved damper FM contractors, ensuring quick and responsive delivery of quotations for damper PPM.
• Provide weekly updates, summarizing all enquiries, conversion figures by division, and sales news, including surveyor appointment numbers and any relevant sales division updates.
• At the end of each month, compile and send a summary of sales conversions for each division.
