The Role
As the Merchandising Manager, you will spearhead the launch and oversight of our retail and online operations across all hotels and visitor attractions. Your responsibilities will include managing and optimising our product offerings, both in physical locations and online. With a strong focus on revenue generation, your role will be key in launching and maintaining our online shops across all outlets and collaborating with vendors to create exclusive branded products for our sites.
Responsibilities include
- Collaborate with suppliers to create unique, high-quality branded products for our hotels and attractions
- Oversee and manage the design, production, and delivery for new branded merchandise and inventory management
- Lead the launch and ongoing management of our retail and online shops for all outlets, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions on product assortment
- Develop and execute comprehensive merchandising strategies and implement cost control measures to optimise profitability
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in retail, marketing or sales management
- Proven track record of successfully managing merchandise operations and driving sales growth
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online retail strategies
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
