Farm Shop ManagerAre you passionate about local, seasonal and great quality food and drink?

Your RoleWe are looking for a Farm Shop Manager to join our team and make their mark on this new opportunity.

You will ensure the seamless running of the Farm Shop, Deli Counter and Meat counters whilst delivering an exceptional experience for every customer.

The role is shop floor based and involves being the onsite shop floor manager, supervising, training and developing team members and overseeing all aspects of running the Farm Shop including;

• Daily responsibility for the smooth running of the Farm Retail Shop
• Responsible for maintaining KPI targets for the Farm Retail Shop
• Responsible for the implementation of the CSY POS management system across the business
• Presentation on all deli and meat counters
• Overall responsibility for farm shop stock control including ordering, acceptance of stock, managing stock and stock takes
• Controlling costs and retail pricing for retail items, ensuring margins are met and maintained
• Ensuring great merchandising of retail displays including meeting labelling regs
• Health and Safety and Food Safety compliance
• Working closely with the Management team to grow the business.
• Good IT skills
• Great telephone manner
• Excellent customer service
• Must be able to nurture and develop a team in a busy, fast paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
