Cured Bingham are on the hunt for a Venue Manager to join our new team. Cured in Bingham are on the hunt for a Supervisor to join our new team. We are Situated on Market Place in Bingham and will be opening very soon. We are looking for a candidate that is hard working, reliable, passionate about our standards. The purpose of the role is to ensure the business runs smoothly and profitably and overseeing the whole business operation. As the Venue Manager you will be responsible for many of the day-to-day task.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Venue Manager at Cured, Bingham you will be in a key team member in the day to day running of the business such, food preparation, making and serving hot and cold beverages, taking food and drink orders, serving food and drinks and helping with deliveries. Helping with the hiring process and managing the team.
Other duties include:
· Cash handling.
· Being a key holder.
· Rota creation. Ensuring that the venue is fully staffed.
· Stock taking and ensuring that the venue is sufficiently stocked to meet demand and wastage is minimised and recorded.
· Placing stock orders when required.
· Monitoring and working in the kitchen area ensuring food is well presented and maintained.
· Maintain a clean and tidy venue Including clearing of tables, floors and waste areas.
· Be professional, polite and well-presented whilst always providing and maintaining excellent customer care.
· Prepare and serve our food from our kitchen to our customers.
· Ensure the coffee machines are in good working order and maintained on a regular basis.
Skills Required:
The Venue Manager must be an excellent communicator, have a good understanding of bar and/or coffee house work and food preparation. The individual must be driven to train and develop other employees and be passionate about keeping high standards throughout the business. We are looking for someone who is organised, hard-working, reliable and flexible.
Hours Required to work:
The Venue Manager will be required to work full time hours, ensuring they are available for the key opening days and times.
Salary depending on experience.
