Job Responsibility:

About Us

We're a Digital Learning Business that supports medium to large (enterprise) organisations to upskill and reskill their teams, delivering tailored and on-demand, in-person and e-learning solutions. We provide thorough marketing Skills Gaps Assessments, learning membership subscriptions and custom, instructor-led, live workshops. We provide both breadth and depth of people development and business-wide strategic transformation - across the full marketing spectrum. And we do this by fully embracing AI-enabled production and content development to accelerate our growth in the ever-evolving marketing education landscape. We engage with our networks through live events, from our large-scale Anti-conferences to tailored dinners and bespoke events.

About the Role/Responsibilities

We're looking for a Content and Campaign Exec with solid experience in sales support, visual design and web content management to join our small but mighty team.

Internal Content Creation / Sales Support

You'll be a confident content creator (visual and written), first and foremost. You'll be building stunning pitch decks, one-pagers, comms matrices and impressive sales collateral that will help our Sales Team secure high-end business development opportunities. You'll have a sound understanding of sales teams, sales outreach and pipeline-building processes.

Brand and Design

Your eye for design means you will not stand for average. For you, assets don't just support a pitch by being correctly branded, consistent and aesthetically pleasing. Instead, they take every pitch to new heights for our potential clients. The course brochures, pitch decks and reports that you create exude our value proposition, align seamlessly with our target audience, and are visual delights that truly make our offering stand apart from the rest - and ensure we nail that deal.

Marketing / Product Content Creation

Social Media Posts

You'll need a solid grasp of LinkedIn and Twitter account management and best practice; leveraging timely insights and upcoming trends that speak to our audiences as well as finding pertinent opportunities to showcase our suite of products, be they evergreen or new-to-market. You know when an infographic on Twitter will start a conversation better than a LinkedIn poll, or when a video will catch our audience's eye better than a static graphic.

AI Video Production and Video Snippets

You'll support the Production Team with AI video content design, production and launch. You will be working on multiple - long- and short-form - projects simultaneously, so keen attention to detail to maintain standards at a timely output is imperative. On an ad hoc basis, you'll manage freelancers, ensuring they adhere to our brand.

Marketing Emails

Key here will be ensuring that all in-email assets are correctly linked so our Sales Team are always sharing the most relevant and up-to-date literature in their comms. While HubSpot email marketing experience is advantageous, it's not the be-all-and-end-all; you're a fast learner, after all!

Copywriting

You'll need to be adept at writing both short- and long-form, omnichannel copy. Whether you're building an email header, writing copy for a poll on LinkedIn or a thought-leadership article, you'll embody our tone of voice and brand style, and you'll instantly root out the editorial hook. You'll relish knowing how the right turn of phrase, in the right place, can delight, convert, and retain our audiences.

Asset Management

You'll quickly develop a deep, holistic knowledge of all our Products and Resources, and you'll ensure these are actively communicated with our Sales team to promote in their BD outreach. You'll obsessively audit and update content across our internal and external touchpoints, appropriately classifying, tagging and optimising for immaculate consistency across the board. You won't just understand our products, but you'll help produce them, catalogue them, market them, and monitor how they land once they're in-market.

Marketing Campaign Execution

Outbound Emails

You'll be proficient in email marketing with a talent for AB testing, personalisation, revising user journeys and scrutinising open rate, CTO and CTR data. You'll know what to send to our audiences and when - and you'll optimise on-the-go. Key will be making sure all automated and trigger email journey content is accurate, on-brand and engaging for our audiences.

Basic Automation

Automated processes and workflows are important for great customer experiences, and this role will look after the automated forms, surveys, sequences, etc, that we share with our audiences.

Landing Page Build and Optimisation

You're confident in taking instructions to build out landing pages - and optimising them according to best practice for user experience and SEO. You'll be able to learn quickly to support new product line launches, drive event registrations and more.

You'll need strong organisational skills to deliver within deadlines and, while we are a close-knit team (and you will work closely with other departments to ensure content supports business objectives and brand messaging), you'll be confident to drive projects through to completion.

While we are a start-up with a penchant for pace, we're also fastidious when it comes to attention-to-detail. This is where we Go Slow to Go Fast. Continuity in naming conventions, topic tagging, documenting and reporting are basic standards that we value highly.
