Overview:

Working closely with certification house/s, compliance teams and operational games delivery teams, this role is responsible for ensuring game certification is met across all Regulated Markets. It involves continued adherence to certification requirements, processing of certification documents and reporting on potential business impact of risks.

The role exists to ensure the successful delivery game certification and regulatory approvals across all regulated markets.

You are responsible for owning smooth, efficient and risk-free delivery working with multiple teams across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with certification house/s and operational games delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely certification of games
• Raising and mitigating risks associated with certification delivery
• Maintain accurate up to date records for all certified games to be used as a reference by the business and its customers
• Ensure game certificates and other certification documents are stored locally for access from within the business
• Create and provide all certification documents required by customers
• Work closely with the Compliance team to ensure timely requests, retrieval, storage and communication of regulator approvals
• Ensure customer facing portals are up to date with latest certification documents
• Assist operational games delivery teams with ad hoc queries
• Liaise with various departments and build relationships with key stakeholders
• Promote game certification compliance within the business and solve problems as required
• Participate in technology and business projects where required

Qualifications:

• Comprehensive understanding of the online gaming industry, regulations & markets.
• Excellent project management and process management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to present, communicate and influence in a credible and impactful manner.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex processes, technical issues, ideas, and make recommendations.
• Excellent communication, organisational, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deliver in a stressful high pressure environment with a good level of stress management.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience within the online gaming industry.
• Proven experience of process management and process improvement.
• Proven project management experience at a senior level within an operational role.
• Experience working with senior and exec level partners.
• In depth understanding of key internal systems and a change mindset.
• MBA, degree or equivalent.
