Job Responsibility:
The RoleWe have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a Rangers Supervisor.
In this varied role, you'll liaise with our customers and internal / external partners to ensure the delivery of a high quality service that ensures that our communities are tidy and free from fly-tipping or other environmental hazards.
Your role will be to lead and motivate a team of Rangers to provide a high quality Housing Management service. You'll also support in the review and monitoring of environmental contracted services to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and performance targets are met, whilst ensuring compliance with quality control systems that effectively monitor the quality of work and ensure specifications/ work details are delivered.
