A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE This role will sit at the intersection between our customers, our product, and our brand, bringing them to life through best-in-class creative storytelling. Supporting the Head of Brand Creative Content, this role will play a key part in building Boden's media campaigns, creative content, social and tone of voice across all brand touchpoints. The Content Editor will play a key role in ensure successful delivery of all seasonal campaign & key category strategies across all owned channels; driving brand awareness, attracting new customers and ultimately increasing sales. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the end-to-end campaign process from planning and briefing to creative execution, ensuring a balance of storytelling and selling, key category strategies and propositions that align to our goals and ensure sufficient marketing coverage for key big buy products.
  • Working closely with Product Marketing, Press and the Creative teams, you will be responsible for the execution of content production and seasonal creative content campaigns.
  • Support the Brand Content team in the overall direction, planning & delivery of all brand storytelling.
  • Brief all editorial content and commercial launches, ensuring deliverables meet the needs of each of the channel requirements within the timeframes given.
  • Support the Head of Brand Creative Content in strategically driving the brand-vision, whilst implementing simplified processes and ways of working.
  • Provide seasonal market trend and culture reports, competitor activity and consumer behaviours in the US and UK, to help align messaging and focus on relevant content.
  • Support the technical briefing process. Ensuring the input of product and channel requirements.
  • Act as an ambassador for the Brand Marketing team by building relationships across the business and with external partners.
  • Manage the budget tracker for content creation & across brand team where required.
  • Support on broader team planning work & presentations, as required.
THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Excellent knowledge of the brand and product
  • Proven experience driving brand fame in previous roles
  • Fashion/Retail background with an interest in the competitive landscape
  • An understanding of marketing channels, techniques, and tools (PPC, Email, Social, SEO, PR) and an interest in data and insight
  • Commercial understanding to inform marketing strategies
  • Experience working across multiple markets: an understanding of the US consumer is particularly valuable
