The CRM & Digital engagement manager will lead our CRM platform to build connections with independent retail stores through impactful digital campaigns. What will be your key deliverables?
CRM platform shape, development and maintenance- Define and design new CRM platform, fit for today and tomorrow: from strategy to execution
- First point of contact for agency partner: relationship, scope, brief and review
- Plan future platform development and functionalities
- On point for quality control and platform evolution to keep relevant
Independent outlets engagement plan- Build independent outlets recruitment plan
- Develop yearly activity calendar as per brand and commercial strategy, aligned with key internal stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional project team to drive internal engagement with sales, marketing, shopper and category management
- Secure trade and marketing support - investment and resources
- Identify content needs and ensure assets are developed and deployed to the platform
Communication plan- Define communication plan to build awareness about the platform and recruit users, in partnership with the trade communication function
- Develop and manage the communication strategy with outlets - based on business objectives, customer segmentation, outlet types and cultural moments
- Socialise platform internally at key events: UKLT meeting, marketing townhalls, UK&I townhalls, commercial conference, Impulse quarterly meetings
- Engage with RTM to socialise plan and maximise impact and visibility
- Drive internal awareness and excitement for the platform
Budget management and evaluation- Define and manage annual budget - Direct Marketing, Brand investment, Trade investment and maintenance fund
- Evaluate ROI on activities
Ambassador scheme- Develop 3-year ambassador scheme strategy
- Work with cross-functional functions category management, shopper marketing and field sales to execute the plan at the point of purchase and showcase in the CRM platform
- Implement trial and learn

- Previous experience in FMCG or Retailer
