EQUANS is looking for a Multi Skilled Trade Operative to join our team in Leeds. This is a full-time role. On offer is a competitive salary, and benefits package.

TO PROVIDE A MULTI-SKILLED TRADE SERVICE, WORKING ON THE ALLOCATED SITE. ASSIST THE SITE TEAM WITH DAY TO DAY RUNNING OF THE PROJECT. TO CARRY OUT THE DUTIES AS A LABOURER IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATUTORY REGULATIONS, COMPANY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES. TO ASSIST THE SITE MANAGER IN PRODUCING A QUALITY PRODUCT WITHIN THE CONTRACT PERIOD AND IN A SAFE MANNER. ADHERE TO ALL REQUIREMENTS SET BY SHEQ TEAM, POLICY AND STRATEGY. WHAT WILL YOU DELIVER?
  • Responsible for delivering a wide range of Repairs, Maintenance and Refurbishment works.
  • Compliance with specification
  • Compliance with materials / workmanship schedules
  • Maintain and care for all company tools.
  • To use appropriate safety equipment
  • To ensure areas of work are left clean and tidy at the end of the day.
  • Ensure accurate / timely completion of any relevant site-based documentation.

  • Up to date relevant industry related knowledge
  • Understanding of local government
  • Experience of Partnership arrangements
  • Up to date relevant knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
  • Current and Valid Full & Clean UK driving licence
