Job Responsibility:
We power the global financial community through trusted information and news, community and insights. We help our customers achieve success by providing access to industry-leading data & analytics, venues & transactions, and solutions that help manage risk & regulation. As a Global Business Consultant, you will primarily be responsible for supporting strategic account managers to execute on their priorities. What will you be doing?
- Provide administrative support to the lead Account Manager by coordinating with multiple internal teams to fulfil client requests. These typically include the addition / removal of products & entitlements on a global basis, and require cooperation with account managers, sales support & order management specialists in a timely and efficient manner.
- Build relationships with key client stakeholders and become a point of escalation for urgent requests
- Ensure a smooth billing & invoicing cycle for Refinitiv Access clients
- Product regular reporting for internal & external clients that may include usage trends, number of desktops etc.
- Aggregate insights from Refinitiv Access accounts in order to suggest process and / or product improvements
- Together with the Account Manager, set up processes to facilitate the global sharing of strategy, information and priorities
- Support Account Directors with ad-hoc projects

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with proven expertise in Excel.

- Ability to build strong relationships across internal & external stakeholders
- Being able to work effectively within a wider team to agree and drive common goals
