The Company: A worldwide hotel company seeking a Senior Cluster Revenue Manager based at their Head Office in the UK Largest and fastest growing hospitality company in the world In the top two company’s to work for in the UK Multiple hotel brands within the company Company supports and develops their employees and teams Benefits you will receive as Senior Cluster Revenue Manager: Highly Competitive base salary Bonus 15% of base salary Option to work from anywhere in the world for 20 days a year 33 days holiday incl bank holidays Pension Private Health insurance, self & family Life Cover Group discounts worldwide Educational development The Senior Cluster Revenue Manager will: Oversee your team to support the market share and profits for multiple hotels through the strategic coordination of revenue management processes and procedures for up to 30 hotels Ensure that the sales and pricing strategies within your team are based on sound commercial judgment through effective analysis and reporting Identify and maximise on all possible opportunities and minimise any risks Actively engage in all revenue decisions by maintaining regular communication to effectively implement, drive and review optimal strategies and control Lead a team of from 6 to 10 Revenue Managers Have strong leadership skills Experience of OnQ, Ideas, As Senior Cluster Revenue Manager will have: At least 5 years Cluster or Regional Revenue Management experience Strong analytical and numerical skills Great influencing, leadership, planning, organisational and communication skills A commercial and proactive approach Great training and coaching skills and introduce change effectively Agility to respond to different work situations, be accountable and resilient The ability to impact and and influence at all levels You must currently live in the UK to apply for this role and have the right to work.
