School Administration Officer

Hours of Post: 30 hours per weekHours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 3:15pm

Contract Type: Permanent, Term Time only

Salary Grade: Scale 3 – £23,500 – £23,898 FTE(salary will be pro rata to term time hours)

Start date: As soon as possible.

The Governors of St John’s C. E. Primary School are seeking to appoint a skilled School Administration Officer who is reliable, self-motivated and supportive of the Christian ethos of our school. The hours of work are 30 per week, term time only, worked in accordance with service requirements.

We require a practitioner who: has a nationally recognised qualification at Level 2 or above in English and mathematics (GCSE grade C or above) has excellent IT skills is an effective team member and works/communicates well with other staff and parents is self-motivated, has a confident attitude and enjoys a challenge can be flexible within their working day experience of working in a school is desirable but not essential
