Job Responsibility:

Customer Service - Account Handler - Ambitious Independent Broker

Join our dynamic 5-star Customer Service Team and make a real impact! Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining and growing customer relationships while ensuring our office runs like clockwork. Your tasks will include offering top-notch insurance advice, managing claims, and collaborating with our Renewal and New Business Teams. You'll also get to flex your marketing muscles by engaging on social media and identifying exciting opportunities through lead generation, cross-sales, and referrals. Be a part of our energetic team where your contributions truly matter!

Key objectives & responsibilities will include:

• Master inbound calls, live chat, and emails like a pro
• Spot and suggest new product lines to boost our offerings
• Guide clients through policy adjustments to binding cover with ease
• Team up with Underwriters and claims handlers to get the best results for our clients
• Engage on social media to boost brand awareness and business growth
• Stay on top of daily tasks to ensure compliance is always spot-on

About You

Are you a team player with a knack for innovation and collaboration? Can you confidently handle verbal and written communications and rock social media at a business level? You will have or be:

• Insurance background preferred, but relevant industry experience welcome
• Love thinking outside the box and being part of a close-knit work family
• Enthusiastic and optimist with an eye for detail
• Experience of using Microsoft office and ideally Acturis
• Proven record of smashing targets
• Cert CII qualification desired, if not we'll sponsor you
• Math's and English GCSE grade 5/C or above minimum
• Self motivated and thrives under pressure
